Affiliate disclosure
There are no affiliate links on Coat & Clipper, and we don't earn commissions from anything you buy.
Many grooming sites earn money when readers click through to buy a brush or a pair of clippers. We don't. Our guides describe types of tools, like slicker brushes, undercoat rakes, guillotine clippers and grinders, so you can choose what suits your pet from any shop you like.
Our links
- Internal links go to other pages on this site.
- External links go only to official government sources, listed on our sources page.
- None of our links are tracked, paid or commission-earning.
If we ever add affiliate links
If that ever changes, we'll update this page first, add a clear disclosure at the top of any page that contains affiliate links, mark the links themselves, and follow the US Federal Trade Commission's guidance on disclosing material connections. Affiliate relationships would never change what a guide recommends; see our editorial policy and advertising disclosure.
